Words with capitalised initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days of purchase without providing any reason for doing so, provided that access to the Digital Product has not been substantially consumed, downloaded, or completed.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date of purchase.

If your refund request is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive and confirm your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Only regularly priced Digital Products may be refunded. Digital Products purchased at a discounted price, during promotions, or as part of a special offer may not be eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.
If you experience technical issues accessing your Digital Product, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues before considering a refund. Refunds will not be issued for issues that can be resolved through support.
If a Digital Product was purchased as a gift, the refund, if approved, will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
